Abonelik ve iade koşulları

Bu metin, Quillo'nun ücretli özelliklerinin (Quillo Bulut sesi ve Quillo Ai) nasıl satıldığını, yenilendiğini, iptal ve iade edildiğini anlatır. Kullanım koşullarının (https://quillo.tr/kosullar) parçasıdır. Satın almalar Google Play ve Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır; dolayısıyla mağazanın kuralları da geçerlidir ve aşağıda nerede farklılaştığı yazılıdır.
1. Ne ücretsiz, ne ücretli
Quillo'nun cihazınızda çalışan bütün özellikleri ücretsizdir ve öyle kalır: okuma, cihaz sesi ve Piper doğal sesi, işaretleme ve kalem, notlar, kesitler, çalışma kartları, belge tarayıcı, PDF araçları, antet-imza-kaşe, dışa aktarma, Drive eşitlemesi, sınırsız kütüphane. Reklam yoktur.
Ücretli olan yalnızca iki şeydir, çünkü yalnızca bunların bize her kullanımda gerçek bir maliyeti vardır: Quillo Bulut sesi (doğal yapay zekâ sesleri) ve Quillo Ai (özet, soru-cevap, sohbet, kart, test, çeviri, sesli asistan).
2. Planlar, fiyatlar ve kotalar
Bu metnin yürürlük tarihindeki Türkiye fiyatları ve aylık haklar şöyledir; güncel tutar her zaman mağazada ve uygulamanın Hesap ve Pro ekranında gösterilen tutardır ve KDV dahildir:
- Başlangıç aylık: 99 TL / ay. Her ay 30 dakika bulut sesi ve 15 Ai sayfası.
- Başlangıç yıllık: 799 TL / yıl. Her ay 20 dakika bulut sesi ve 10 Ai sayfası.
- Pro aylık: 249 TL / ay. Her ay 90 dakika bulut sesi ve 40 Ai sayfası.
- Pro yıllık: 1.999 TL / yıl. Her ay 60 dakika bulut sesi ve 25 Ai sayfası.
Bir "Ai sayfası" 2.500 karakterlik metindir; işlemler çeyrek sayfa hassasiyetiyle sayılır ve belgesiz kısa sohbet mesajları sayılmaz. Bulut sesi dinlediğiniz saniyeye göre sayılır. Kotalar planın yenilenme gününde sıfırlanır; kullanılmayan dakika ve sayfa sonraki aya devretmez. Yıllık planlarda aylık haklar her ay yenilenir.
Diğer ülkelerde fiyatlar mağazanın o ülke için gösterdiği yerel para birimindeki tutardır. Mağaza, ülkenize göre vergi ekleyebilir ya da fiyatı yuvarlayabilir.
Eski "ömür boyu" satın alımı artık satılmaz; daha önce alanlar Pro özelliklerine erişmeye devam eder ancak aylık bulut sesi ve Ai kotası içermez, ek paketle kullanılır.
3. Ek paketler
Kotanız bittiğinde ek saat ve sayfa paketleri alabilirsiniz: ses paketleri (2 saat, 5 saat) ve Ai sayfası paketleri (200 sayfa, 1.000 sayfa). Paketler tek seferlik satın alımdır, satın almadan itibaren 1 yıl geçerlidir, abonelik kotasının üzerine eklenir ve önce aylık kota, sonra paket bakiyesi harcanır. Fiyatlar mağazada gösterilir. Paket bakiyesi hesabınıza bağlıdır ve hesabı silerseniz kaybolur; silmeden önce kullanın ya da bize yazın.
4. Ücretsiz deneme
Plan olmadan bir kez 10 dakika bulut sesi ve 10 Ai sayfası deneme hakkı verilir. Deneme, Quillo Hesabınıza ve giriş yaptığınız cihaza bağlıdır: aynı hesap ikinci cihazda aynı hediyeyi paylaşır, aynı cihazda başka bir hesaba ikinci hediye verilmez. Kart bilgisi istenmez, deneme bitince kendiliğinden ücretli plana geçmez; yalnızca bulut sesi cihaz sesine döner ve Quillo Ai plan ister.
Mağazalar ayrıca yıllık planlarda 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunabilir. Bu denemede kart mağazaya tanımlanır ve deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz plan ücreti çekilir. Deneme hakkı mağaza hesabı başına bir kezdir ve mağaza tarafından yönetilir.
5. Otomatik yenileme ve iptal
Aylık ve yıllık planlar, dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenen aboneliklerdir. Ücret, dönem bitiminden 24 saat önce mağaza hesabınızdan çekilir; mağaza yenilemeyi önceden bildirir.
İptal her zaman mağazadan yapılır, bizden değil: Android'de Google Play › Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler › Quillo; iPhone'da Ayarlar › Apple Kimliği › Abonelikler › Quillo. Uygulamadaki Hesap ve Pro ekranı sizi doğru sayfaya götürür. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
İptal ettiğinizde ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar planınız açık kalır; dönem bitince ücretsiz sürüme dönersiniz, belgelerinize ve ücretsiz özelliklere hiçbir şey olmaz. Dönem sonunu beklemeden iptal edenlere kalan süre için otomatik iade yapılmaz; iade koşulları 6. maddededir.
Mağaza aboneliği iptal eder, askıya alır ya da iade ederse planınız ve kotanız aynı anda kapanır.
6. İade ve cayma hakkı
Türkiye'de yerleşik tüketiciler için 6502 sayılı Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uygulanır. Bulut sesi ve Quillo Ai, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetler ve anında teslim edilen gayri maddi mallardır. Satın alır almaz kullanıma açılmasını talep ederek Yönetmelik'in 15. maddesi uyarınca cayma hakkınızın, hizmet kullanılmaya başlandığı ölçüde ortadan kalkacağını kabul edersiniz. Kullanmadığınız bir satın alma için 14 gün içinde cayma hakkınız saklıdır.
Avrupa Birliği ve diğer ülkelerdeki tüketiciler için bulunduğunuz ülkenin zorunlu cayma ve iade kuralları aynen geçerlidir.
İade başvurusu mağazaya yapılır, çünkü ödemeyi onlar aldı: Google Play'de play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory üzerinden ya da Google Play'in iade formuyla; Apple'da reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden. Mağazaların kendi süreleri (Google Play'de 48 saat içinde doğrudan, sonrasında inceleme; Apple'da başvuru üzerine değerlendirme) ve kararları geçerlidir. Mağaza reddederse bize yazın: hiç ya da çok az kullanılmış bir dönem, teknik bir arıza, yanlışlıkla yapılan ya da çocuğun yaptığı satın alma gibi hakkaniyete uygun durumlarda, elimizdeki araçlarla iadeyi kendimiz başlatırız.
Hesabınızı kötüye kullanım nedeniyle kapattığımız durumlarda iade yapılmaz. Ücretli bir özelliği biz kaldırır ya da Hizmet'i sonlandırırsak kalan dönem için orantılı iade yaparız.
7. Fiyat ve plan değişiklikleri
Fiyatları değiştirebiliriz. Mevcut bir abonelikte artış olursa mağaza size önceden bildirir; Google Play ve App Store kurallarına göre artış ancak siz onayladığınızda (ya da mağazanın bildirim süresinin sonunda) bir sonraki yenilemede geçerli olur. Onaylamazsanız aboneliğiniz dönem sonunda sona erer. Yeni fiyat hiçbir zaman içinde bulunduğunuz ödenmiş döneme uygulanmaz.
Aylık kotaları yukarı yönde serbestçe artırabiliriz. Aşağı yönde bir değişiklik yalnızca yeni abonelikler ve bildirim sonrası yenilemeler için geçerlidir.
8. Hesap, cihazlar ve web
Plan Quillo Hesabınıza bağlanır; aynı hesapla girdiğiniz telefon, tablet, iPhone, iPad ve quillo.tr aynı kotayı paylaşır (en çok 5 cihaz). Hesap açmadan satın alırsanız plan yalnızca o mağaza hesabının bulunduğu cihazlarda çalışır; sonradan giriş yaptığınızda "Satın alımı geri yükle" ile hesaba bağlanır. Bir satın alma yalnızca bir Quillo Hesabına bağlanabilir.
quillo.tr'den doğrudan satın alma henüz yoktur; plan Android ya da iPhone'dan alınır ve web'de de geçerlidir. Web'den satış açıldığında bu metin güncellenir.
Quillo'nun sahibi bazı hesaplara hediye Pro tanımlayabilir (örneğin test eden ya da katkı sunan kullanıcılar). Hediye ücretsizdir, süresi tanımlayan kişinin belirlediği kadardır ve her zaman geri alınabilir; iade ya da tazminat doğurmaz.
9. Faturalandırma ve vergiler
Fatura ya da makbuzu, satın almayı yaptığınız mağaza düzenler ve e-postanıza gönderir; biz ayrıca fatura kesmeyiz. Mağaza, ülkenizin KDV ya da benzeri vergilerini fiyatın içinde toplar ve ilgili idareye öder.

Subscription and refund terms

This document explains how Quillo's paid features (Quillo Cloud voice and Quillo Ai) are sold, renewed, cancelled and refunded. It forms part of the terms of use (https://quillo.tr/kosullar). Purchases are made through Google Play and the Apple App Store, so the store's rules also apply; where they differ, this document says so.
1. What is free, what is paid
Every feature of Quillo that runs on your device is free and stays free: reading, the device voice and the Piper natural voice, highlighting and pen, notes, snippets, flashcards, the document scanner, PDF tools, letterhead, signature and stamp, export, Drive sync and an unlimited library. There are no ads.
Only two things are paid, because only these cost us real money every time they are used: Quillo Cloud voice (natural AI voices) and Quillo Ai (summary, question and answer, chat, cards, quiz, translation, voice assistant).
2. Plans, prices and allowances
The prices in Türkiye and the monthly allowances on the effective date of this document are below; the current amount is always the one shown in the store and on the Account and Pro screen in the app, and includes VAT:
- Starter (Başlangıç) monthly: 99 TL / month. Each month 30 minutes of cloud voice and 15 Ai pages.
- Starter yearly: 799 TL / year. Each month 20 minutes of cloud voice and 10 Ai pages.
- Pro monthly: 249 TL / month. Each month 90 minutes of cloud voice and 40 Ai pages.
- Pro yearly: 1,999 TL / year. Each month 60 minutes of cloud voice and 25 Ai pages.
An "Ai page" is 2,500 characters of text; operations are counted to the nearest quarter page, and short chat messages without a document are not counted. Cloud voice is counted by the seconds you listen. Allowances reset on the plan's renewal day; unused minutes and pages do not carry over to the next month. On yearly plans the monthly allowance renews every month.
In other countries prices are the amounts the store shows for that country in local currency. The store may add tax or round the price according to your country.
The old "lifetime" purchase is no longer sold; those who bought it keep access to Pro features but it includes no monthly cloud voice or Ai allowance and is used with add-on packs.
3. Add-on packs
When your allowance runs out you can buy add-on hour and page packs: voice packs (2 hours, 5 hours) and Ai page packs (200 pages, 1,000 pages). Packs are one-time purchases, valid for 1 year from purchase, added on top of the subscription allowance; the monthly allowance is spent first, then the pack balance. Prices are shown in the store. The pack balance is tied to your account and is lost if you delete the account; use it before deleting or write to us.
4. Free trial
Without a plan you get a one-time trial of 10 minutes of cloud voice and 10 Ai pages. The trial is tied to your Quillo Account and the device you signed in on: the same account shares the same gift on a second device, and a second account on the same device does not get a second gift. No card details are requested and the trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself; when it ends, cloud voice simply falls back to the device voice and Quillo Ai asks for a plan.
The stores may additionally offer a 7-day free trial on yearly plans. In that trial your card is registered with the store and the plan fee is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. That trial is once per store account and is managed by the store.
5. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Monthly and yearly plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of the period. The fee is charged to your store account 24 hours before the period ends; the store notifies you of the renewal in advance.
Cancellation is always done in the store, not with us: on Android, Google Play › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions › Quillo; on iPhone, Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions › Quillo. The Account and Pro screen in the app takes you to the right page. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; afterwards you return to the free version and nothing happens to your documents or free features. There is no automatic refund of the remaining time for those who cancel before the end of the period; refund terms are in section 6.
If the store cancels, suspends or refunds the subscription, your plan and allowance end at the same time.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
For consumers resident in Türkiye, Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation apply. Cloud voice and Quillo Ai are services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly. By asking for them to be activated as soon as you buy, you accept under Article 15 of the Regulation that your right of withdrawal lapses to the extent the service has been used. For a purchase you have not used at all, your right of withdrawal within 14 days is reserved.
For consumers in the European Union and other countries, the mandatory withdrawal and refund rules of your country apply in full.
Refund requests are made to the store, because the store took the payment: on Google Play through play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory or Google Play's refund form; with Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The stores' own time limits (Google Play: directly within 48 hours, then on review; Apple: assessment on request) and decisions apply. If the store refuses, write to us: in fair cases such as a period that was not used or barely used, a technical fault, an accidental purchase or a purchase made by a child, we initiate the refund ourselves with the tools available to us.
No refund is made where we closed your account for abuse. If we remove a paid feature or discontinue the Service, we refund the remaining period pro rata.
7. Price and plan changes
We may change prices. If the price of an existing subscription increases, the store notifies you in advance; under Google Play and App Store rules the increase applies only from the next renewal after you approve it (or after the store's notice period ends). If you do not approve, your subscription ends at the end of the period. A new price is never applied to the paid period you are in.
We may freely increase monthly allowances. A decrease applies only to new subscriptions and to renewals after notice.
8. Account, devices and web
The plan is tied to your Quillo Account; the phone, tablet, iPhone, iPad and quillo.tr you sign in to with the same account share the same allowance (at most 5 devices). If you buy without an account, the plan works only on devices with that store account; when you later sign in, "Restore purchase" links it to the account. One purchase can be linked to only one Quillo Account.
Direct purchase on quillo.tr is not yet available; the plan is bought on Android or iPhone and also works on the web. This document will be updated when web sales open.
Quillo's owner may grant gift Pro to some accounts (for example testers or contributors). A gift is free, lasts as long as the grantor sets and can be withdrawn at any time; it gives rise to no refund or compensation.
9. Invoicing and taxes
The invoice or receipt is issued by the store you bought from and e-mailed to you; we do not issue a separate invoice. The store collects your country's VAT or similar taxes within the price and pays them to the relevant authority.
