Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun ("KVKK") 10. maddesi ve Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca, Quillo uygulamalarını ve quillo.tr'yi kullanan ilgili kişileri bilgilendirmek için hazırlanmıştır. Gizlilik politikasıyla (https://quillo.tr/gizlilik) birlikte okunur.

1. Veri sorumlusu

Veri sorumlusu, Türkiye'de yerleşik gerçek kişi Agah Emre SÖZEN'dir. İletişim: emreszn61@gmail.com. Quillo'nun ticari unvanı ya da adresi değişirse bu bölüm güncellenir.

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler

Quillo, belgelerinizi ve notlarınızı sunucuya almadığından işlediğimiz kişisel veriler sınırlıdır. Veri sorumlusu olarak sunucularımızda işlenen veriler şunlardır:

  • Kimlik ve iletişim: ad (Google ya da Apple'dan geldiyse), e-posta adresi, profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı. Yalnızca Quillo Hesabı açarsanız.
  • Hesap ve işlem bilgisi: hesap kimliği, giriş yöntemi, dil tercihi, hesaba bağlı ayarlar, cihaz adı ve platformu, son görülme zamanı, abonelik planı ve bitiş tarihi, satın alma jetonunun tek yönlü özeti, kullanım sayaçları (bulut ses saniyesi, Ai sayfası, paket bakiyesi), ücretsiz deneme kaydı, hediye Pro kaydı, erişim kodu.
  • Teknik veri: IP adresi, istek zamanı, hata kodu, tarayıcı ya da uygulama sürümü (sunucu ve güvenlik duvarı günlükleri, en çok 30 gün); uygulamaya özgü cihaz kimliğinin tek yönlü özeti.
  • İçerik (geçici): Quillo Bulut sesi ve Quillo Ai'a sizin seçtiğiniz metin parçası, sorularınız ve ekran bağlamı. Yalnızca istek anında işlenir, saklanmaz. Bu metin, siz öyle bir belge seçtiyseniz kişisel veri içerebilir; bunun sorumluluğu ve kontrolü sizdedir.
  • Destek yazışmaları: bize e-posta ya da hata bildirimi gönderdiğinizde adınız, adresiniz ve mesajınız; hata bildirimine eklediğiniz günlük ve cihaz bilgisi.

Cihazınızda ve kendi Google Drive'ınızda duran belgeler, notlar, işaretler, Ai sohbet geçmişi ve Quillo Ai'ın kişisel hafıza dosyası veri sorumlusu olarak bize ulaşmaz; bunların denetimi tamamen sizdedir. Özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık, din, biyometri vb.) talep etmeyiz ve bilerek işlemeyiz.

3. İşleme amaçları

  • Quillo Hesabı açmak, kimliğinizi doğrulamak ve hesabınızı cihazlarınız arasında ortak kılmak.
  • Satın aldığınız planı doğrulamak, aylık bulut ses ve Ai haklarınızı saymak, ücretsiz denemenin bir kez verilmesini sağlamak.
  • Quillo Bulut sesi ile seçtiğiniz metni seslendirmek, Quillo Ai ile özet, yanıt, kart, test, çeviri ve sohbet üretmek.
  • Hizmetin güvenliğini sağlamak, kötüye kullanımı ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek, hataları gidermek.
  • Destek taleplerinizi yanıtlamak, yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek, uyuşmazlıklarda hak savunmak.

Verileriniz pazarlama, profilleme, reklam ya da üçüncü kişilere satış amacıyla işlenmez. Hizmet e-postası dışında (hesap doğrulama, şifre sıfırlama, önemli değişiklik) ticari elektronik ileti göndermeyiz.

4. Hukuki sebepler

  • KVKK m. 5/2-c: bir sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası için gerekli olması (hesap, abonelik, bulut sesi ve Ai hizmetinin sunulması).
  • KVKK m. 5/2-ç: hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi (vergi ve tüketici mevzuatı, yetkili makam talepleri).
  • KVKK m. 5/2-e: bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması ya da korunması (iade ve itirazlar, uyuşmazlıklar).
  • KVKK m. 5/2-f: meşru menfaat (güvenlik günlükleri, kötüye kullanımı önleme), temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla.
  • KVKK m. 5/1 ve m. 9: açık rıza. Yalnızca yurt dışına aktarım gerektiren isteğe bağlı özellikler için (Quillo Hesabı, Bulut sesi, Quillo Ai, Google Drive eşitlemesi). Bu özellikleri açmakla rıza vermiş olursunuz; kapatarak ya da hesabınızı silerek rızanızı her zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Rıza vermemeniz Quillo'nun cihaz içi özelliklerini kullanmanızı engellemez.

5. Toplama yöntemi

Veriler, uygulamalar ve quillo.tr üzerinden, tamamen otomatik yollarla, siz hesap açtığınızda, giriş yaptığınızda, satın alma yaptığınızda ya da bulut özelliklerini kullandığınızda toplanır. Destek verileri e-posta ve hata bildirim formuyla gelir. Üçüncü kaynaklardan (Google, Apple) yalnızca giriş sırasında paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz ad, e-posta ve fotoğraf alınır.

6. Aktarım

Yurt içinde: quillo.tr web sunucusu Türkiye'de barındırılır; başka yurt içi aktarım yoktur.

Yurt dışına: Google LLC ve Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Run, seslendirme; bölge europe-west1, Belçika) ve Anthropic PBC (ABD; yalnızca Quillo Ai isteğindeki metin, saklanmadan). Google Play ve Apple yalnızca satın alma doğrulaması için. Bu sağlayıcılar veri işleyen sıfatıyla, bizim talimatımızla ve kendi veri işleme sözleşmeleri kapsamında hareket eder. Yurt dışına aktarım, 4. maddede açıklandığı gibi, bu özellikleri seçmenizle verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanır.

Yasal yükümlülük halinde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına, yalnızca talep edilen ölçüde aktarım yapılabilir.

7. Saklama süreleri

Hesap, cihaz, ayar ve sayaç kayıtları hesap silinene kadar; satın alma özeti ve abonelik durumu hesap silinene ya da abonelik bittikten 12 ay sonrasına kadar; deneme kaydının anonim cihaz özeti süresiz (yalnızca hakkın bir kez verilmesi için, kişiye bağlanamaz); günlükler en çok 30 gün; destek yazışmaları en çok 2 yıl; ses önbelleği en çok birkaç gün. Süre dolunca veriler silinir ya da anonim hale getirilir. Gizlilik politikasının 11. maddesinde tablo halinde anlatılmıştır.

8. KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız

  • Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse bilgi talep etme.
  • İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme.
  • Yurt içinde ya da yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme.
  • Eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme.
  • KVKK m. 7 çerçevesinde silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme ve bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme.
  • Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme.
  • Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

Başvurunuzu Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ'e uygun olarak emreszn61@gmail.com adresine yazılı olarak ya da kayıtlı e-posta sisteminizle iletebilirsiniz. Başvuruda ad, soyad, imza (yazılı başvuruda), T.C. kimlik numarası ya da uyruk ve pasaport numarası, bildirime esas e-posta ya da adres ve talep konusu bulunmalıdır. Başvurular en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz sonuçlandırılır; işlem ayrıca maliyet gerektirirse Kurul'un belirlediği tarifedeki ücret istenebilir. Başvurunuz reddedilir, yanıt yetersiz bulunur ya da süresinde yanıtlanmazsa Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

9. Hesap silme ve rızanın geri alınması

Hesabınızı uygulamada Ayarlar › Hesap › Hesabı sil adımıyla ya da https://quillo.tr/hesap-sil sayfasından tek adımda silebilirsiniz; bu işlem sunucudaki bütün hesap verilerinizi siler ve verdiğiniz rızaları geri alır. Bulut sesi ya da Quillo Ai'ı kullanmayı bırakmanız da o özellikler için rızanızın geri alınması anlamına gelir; geçmişte işlenen ve saklanmayan metinler üzerinde bir etkisi olmaz çünkü zaten saklanmamıştır.

KVKK disclosure notice

Effective date: 2026-10-22Data controller and operator: Agah Emre SÖZEN

This notice is prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform data subjects who use the Quillo apps and quillo.tr. It is read together with the privacy policy (https://quillo.tr/gizlilik). The Turkish text is authoritative for users in Türkiye.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Agah Emre SÖZEN, a natural person resident in Türkiye. Contact: emreszn61@gmail.com. This section will be updated if Quillo's trade name or address changes.

2. Personal data processed

Because Quillo does not take your documents or notes onto its server, the personal data we process is limited. The data processed on our servers as data controller is:

  • Identity and contact: name (if provided by Google or Apple), e-mail address, profile photo link. Only if you create a Quillo Account.
  • Account and transaction data: account id, sign-in method, language preference, account-linked settings, device name and platform, last-seen time, subscription plan and expiry, one-way hash of the purchase token, usage counters (cloud voice seconds, Ai pages, pack balance), free trial record, gift Pro record, access code.
  • Technical data: IP address, request time, error code, browser or app version (server and firewall logs, at most 30 days); one-way hash of the app-specific device identifier.
  • Content (transient): the text snippet you choose to send to Quillo Cloud voice and Quillo Ai, your questions and the screen context. Processed only at the moment of the request, not stored. This text may contain personal data if you chose such a document; responsibility for and control over it rests with you.
  • Support correspondence: your name, address and message when you e-mail us or send a problem report; the log and device information you attach to a report.

The documents, notes, highlights, Ai chat history and Quillo Ai's personal memory file on your device and in your own Google Drive never reach us as data controller; you have full control over them. We do not request and do not knowingly process special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometrics etc.).

3. Purposes of processing

  • To create your Quillo Account, verify your identity and share the account between your devices.
  • To verify the plan you bought, count your monthly cloud voice and Ai allowance and ensure the free trial is granted once.
  • To read the text you select aloud with Quillo Cloud voice and to generate summaries, answers, cards, quizzes, translations and chat with Quillo Ai.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud and fix errors.
  • To answer your support requests, meet legal obligations and defend rights in disputes.

Your data is not processed for marketing, profiling, advertising or sale to third parties. Apart from service e-mails (account verification, password reset, important changes) we send no commercial electronic messages.

4. Legal bases

  • Art. 5/2-c KVKK: necessity for the conclusion and performance of a contract (providing the account, subscription, cloud voice and Ai service).
  • Art. 5/2-ç KVKK: compliance with a legal obligation (tax and consumer legislation, requests from competent authorities).
  • Art. 5/2-e KVKK: establishment, exercise or protection of a right (refunds and disputes).
  • Art. 5/2-f KVKK: legitimate interest (security logs, abuse prevention), provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
  • Art. 5/1 and Art. 9 KVKK: explicit consent. Only for the optional features that require a transfer abroad (Quillo Account, Cloud voice, Quillo Ai, Google Drive sync). By switching these features on you give consent; you can withdraw it at any time by switching them off or deleting your account. Not consenting does not prevent you from using Quillo's on-device features.

5. Method of collection

Data is collected through the apps and quillo.tr by fully automated means when you create an account, sign in, make a purchase or use the cloud features. Support data arrives by e-mail and through the problem report form. From third-party sources (Google, Apple) we receive only the name, e-mail and photo you choose to share at sign-in.

6. Transfers

Domestic: the quillo.tr web server is hosted in Türkiye; there are no other domestic transfers.

Abroad: Google LLC and Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Run, speech; region europe-west1, Belgium) and Anthropic PBC (USA; only the text in a Quillo Ai request, without storage). Google Play and Apple only for purchase verification. These providers act as data processors, on our instructions and under their own data processing agreements. The transfer abroad rests on the explicit consent you give by choosing these features, as explained in section 4.

Where a legal obligation exists, data may be transferred to competent public authorities, only to the extent requested.

7. Retention periods

Account, device, settings and counter records until the account is deleted; purchase hash and subscription state until the account is deleted or 12 months after the subscription ends; the anonymous device hash of the trial record indefinitely (only to grant the allowance once; it cannot be linked to a person); logs at most 30 days; support correspondence at most 2 years; the audio cache at most a few days. When a period ends the data is deleted or anonymised. Section 11 of the privacy policy lists these in detail.

8. Your rights under Article 11 KVKK

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information.
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad.
  • To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • To request erasure or destruction under Article 7 KVKK and to request that these operations be notified to the third parties it was transferred to.
  • To object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems.
  • To claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your application in writing to emreszn61@gmail.com or through your registered electronic mail system, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. The application must contain your name, surname, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number or nationality and passport number, the e-mail or postal address for notification and the subject of the request. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the operation entails an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Board may be charged. If your application is refused, the reply is found insufficient or no reply is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.

9. Account deletion and withdrawal of consent

You can delete your account in one step under Settings › Account › Delete account in the app or at https://quillo.tr/hesap-sil; this deletes all your account data on the server and withdraws the consents you gave. Ceasing to use Cloud voice or Quillo Ai also withdraws your consent for those features; it has no effect on text processed in the past because that text was never stored.
