Bu koşullar, szn (Emre Sözen) tarafından işletilen Quillo Android uygulaması ve quillo.tr web platformu (birlikte "Quillo") için geçerlidir. Quillo'yu kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Hizmet
Quillo; belgeleri sesli okuyan, işaretleme ve not almayı sağlayan, Quillo AI ile özet, soru-cevap ve çalışma kartları üreten, PDF araçları ve belge tarayıcı sunan bir okuma ve çalışma uygulamasıdır. Bazı özellikler internet bağlantısı gerektirir; bulut sesi ve Quillo AI üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılar (Google Cloud, Anthropic) üzerinden sunulur.
Hesap
Web platformunu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalı ve doğru bilgilerle hesap açmalısınız. Hesabınızın ve parolanızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Hesap sayfasından silebilirsiniz.
İçeriğiniz
Yüklediğiniz belgeler ve notlar size aittir; Quillo bunlar üzerinde yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için gereken sınırlı kullanım hakkına sahiptir. Yalnızca kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunuz içerikleri yüklemelisiniz. Yasa dışı, telif hakkını ihlal eden ya da zararlı içerik yüklemek yasaktır.
Pro üyelik, deneme ve ek paketler
Quillo Pro; aylık ya da yıllık abonelik olarak Google Play (ve yakında App Store) üzerinden satılır. Fiyatlar mağazada gösterilen tutarlardır ve KDV dahildir. Abonelik, dönem sonundan önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir; iptal mağazanın Abonelikler bölümünden yapılır ve dönem sonuna kadar Pro özellikler açık kalır. İade talepleri mağazanın politikalarına tabidir.
Bulut sesi dakikaları ve Quillo AI sayfaları aylık kotalardır; kullanılmayan kota sonraki aya devretmez. Ek paketler (ses saati, AI sayfası) tek seferlik satın alımdır ve abonelik kotasının üzerine eklenir. Ücretsiz deneme hakkı hesap başına bir kezdir.
Pro üyeliğinizi web'e bağladığınızda telefon ve web aynı kotayı paylaşır. Web üzerinden ödeme henüz sunulmamaktadır.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Quillo'yu tersine mühendislik yapmak, otomatik araçlarla kotaları aşmak, başkalarının hesaplarına erişmek ya da hizmeti kesintiye uğratmak için kullanamazsınız. Quillo AI çıktıları otomatik üretilir ve hata içerebilir; önemli kararlar için kaynağı doğrulayın.
Sorumluluk sınırı
Quillo "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, hizmetin kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda Quillo'ya ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Belgelerinizin yedeğini (örneğin Google Drive yedeğiyle) almanızı öneririz.
Değişiklikler ve fesih
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri web sitesinde duyururuz. Koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Siz de hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

These terms apply to the Quillo Android app and the quillo.tr web platform (together "Quillo"), operated by szn (Emre Sözen). By using Quillo you accept these terms.
The service
Quillo is a reading and study app that reads documents aloud, lets you highlight and annotate, produces summaries, Q&A and study cards with Quillo AI, and offers PDF tools and a document scanner. Some features need an internet connection; cloud voice and Quillo AI are delivered through third-party providers (Google Cloud, Anthropic).
Account
To use the web platform you must be at least 13 and register with accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Your content
The documents and notes you upload belong to you; Quillo has only the limited right to use them that is needed to provide the service. Upload only content you have the right to use. Illegal, infringing or harmful content is prohibited.
Pro subscription, trial and add-on packs
Quillo Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play (and soon the App Store). Prices are those shown in the store and include VAT. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period; cancel from the store's Subscriptions section and Pro features stay on until the end of the period. Refunds follow the store's policies.
Cloud voice minutes and Quillo AI pages are monthly quotas; unused quota does not carry over. Add-on packs (voice hours, AI pages) are one-time purchases added on top of the subscription quota. The free trial is available once per account.
When you link Pro to the web, phone and web share the same quota. Payment on the web is not offered yet.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer Quillo, exceed quotas with automated tools, access other people's accounts or disrupt the service. Quillo AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors; verify the source before relying on it for important decisions.
Limitation of liability
Quillo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid Quillo in the last 12 months. We recommend keeping a backup of your documents (for example with Google Drive backup).
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the website. We may suspend or close accounts that violate the terms. You may delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
