Quillo, PDF, Word, EPUB ve metin dosyaları için bir okuma, dinleme ve çalışma uygulamasıdır: belgeleri sesli okur; işaretlemenize, çizim yapmanıza, not almanıza ve kesit toplamanıza olanak verir; kaldığınız yeri hatırlar. Bu politika Android uygulamasını ve quillo.tr web platformunu kapsar.
Android uygulamasında Quillo hangi verileri saklar
Belgeleriniz, notlarınız, işaretleriniz, çizimleriniz, kesitleriniz, yer imleriniz ve okuma ilerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda, uygulamanın özel alanında saklanır. Dosya olarak bize hiçbir zaman gönderilmez; cihazdan yalnızca aşağıdaki bulut özellikleri için sizin seçtiğiniz metin çıkar.
Ayarlar (ses, hız, tema) cihazınızda saklanır.
Satın alma durumu (Quillo Pro) Google Play Faturalandırma tarafından yönetilir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi almayız; satın almayı Google kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler.
Web platformunda (quillo.tr) hangi veriler saklanır
Hesap: Web uygulamasını kullanmak için e-posta ve parola ya da Google ile giriş gerekir. Adınız, e-postanız, varsa profil fotoğrafınız ve dil tercihiniz saklanır. Oturumunuz HttpOnly bir çerezle (qsid) tutulur; dil tercihiniz qlang çerezinde saklanır. Analitik ya da reklam çerezi yoktur.
Belgeler: Web'e yüklediğiniz belgeler, notlarınız, işaretleriniz ve ilerlemeniz, tarayıcıdan okuyabilmeniz için Türkiye'deki kendi sunucumuzda, hesabınıza bağlı özel bir alanda saklanır. Bunları istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz; hesabınızı sildiğinizde tüm belgeleriniz de silinir.
Pro bağlantısı: Pro üyeliğinizi web'e bağladığınızda, kotanızı telefonla ortak saymak için yalnızca mağaza satın alma jetonunun geri döndürülemez özeti eşleştirilir.
Sizin kontrolünüzdeki isteğe bağlı özellikler
Google Drive yedeği (ücretsiz): "Google ile yedekle"yi açarsanız Quillo yalnızca kendi oluşturduğu dosyaları kapsayan Drive iznini (drive.file) ister ve kütüphanenizi kendi Google Drive'ınızdaki Quillo klasörüne yansıtır. Veri doğrudan cihazınızdan Google Drive'a gider; Quillo Drive'daki diğer dosyalarınızı göremez. Uygulamayı yeniden kurup aynı hesabı seçince kütüphane geri gelir. İstediğiniz zaman kapatabilir ve Drive'daki klasörü silebilirsiniz.
Diğer bulut klasörü (Pro, Android): Android'in belge seçicisiyle bir bulut uygulamasında (Google Drive, OneDrive, Nextcloud…) klasör seçerseniz Quillo kütüphanenizi o klasöre kopyalar. Veri doğrudan cihazınızdan seçtiğiniz sağlayıcıya gider; biz görmeyiz.
Nöral sesler (Pro, Android): Kendi Azure Speech ya da Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API anahtarınızı girerseniz, okunan cümlelerin metni ses üretmek için o sağlayıcıya gönderilir. Başka hiçbir şey gönderilmez. API anahtarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Varsayılan cihaz sesi hiçbir yere veri göndermez.
Quillo Bulut sesi ve Quillo AI: Bulut sesini seçtiğinizde ya da bir AI işlemine (özet, soru, kart, test, çeviri, temizleme, sohbet) bastığınızda seçilen cümlelerin, sayfanın ya da belgenin metni HTTPS ile Quillo sunucusuna (Google Cloud Run, europe-west1 bölgesi) gönderilir. Sunucu bu metni ses için Google Cloud Text-to-Speech'e, AI yanıtı için Anthropic Claude API'ye iletir ve sonucu döndürür. Metni ve yanıtları saklamayız; aynı cümle iki kez ücretlendirilmesin diye üretilen ses kısa süreli bir önbellekte tutulabilir. Pro üyeliğinizi doğrulamak ve aylık dakika/sayfa kotanızı saymak için uygulama Google Play satın alma jetonunuzu gönderir; sunucu bunu Google Play'e doğrulatır ve yalnızca jetonun geri döndürülemez özetini kullanım sayaçlarıyla birlikte saklar. Google ve Anthropic metni kendi koşulları kapsamında işler; Anthropic API verilerini model eğitiminde kullanmaz.
Dışa aktarma: Dışa aktardığınız PDF ya da not dosyası yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya ya da indirme klasörünüze gider.
Metin tanıma
Taranmış sayfalar Android'de Google ML Kit ile, web'de tarayıcınızın içinde çalışan Tesseract ile cihazınızda tanınır. Bunun için hiçbir sayfa görüntüsü ya da metin tanıma amacıyla üçüncü bir tarafa gitmez.
Yapmadıklarımız
Analitik SDK yok, reklam yok, takip yok, veri satışı yok.
Quillo, açıkça açmadığınız ya da içe aktarmadığınız dosyaları okumaz.
İzinler (Android)
Bildirimler / ön plan servisi: Ekran kapalıyken okumaya devam etmek ve oynatma denetimlerini göstermek için.
Kamera: Yalnızca belge tarama ve fotoğraftan metin için, siz istediğinizde.
İnternet: Yalnızca yukarıdaki isteğe bağlı bulut özellikleri ve Google Play Faturalandırma için.
Haklarınız
Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, taşıma ve silme hakkınız vardır. Web hesabınızı ve tüm belgelerinizi Hesap sayfasından tek adımda silebilirsiniz; Android'de uygulamayı kaldırmak cihazdaki tüm verileri siler. Sorularınız için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsiniz.
Çocuklar
Quillo 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Quillo is a reading, listening and study app for PDF, Word, EPUB and text files: it reads documents aloud, lets you highlight, draw, take notes and collect snippets, and remembers where you left off. This policy covers the Android app and the quillo.tr web platform.
What the Android app stores
Your documents, notes, highlights, drawings, snippets, bookmarks and reading progress are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage. They are never uploaded to us as files; only the text you choose to send to the cloud features below leaves the device.
Settings (voice, speed, theme) are stored on your device.
Purchase state (Quillo Pro) is handled by Google Play Billing. We receive no payment details; Google processes the purchase under Google's privacy policy.
What the web platform (quillo.tr) stores
Account: using the web app requires an e-mail and password or Google sign-in. We store your name, e-mail, profile picture if any, and language preference. Your session is kept in an HttpOnly cookie (qsid); your language preference lives in the qlang cookie. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Documents: documents you upload to the web, with your notes, highlights and progress, are stored on our own server in Türkiye in a private area tied to your account so you can read them from a browser. You can delete them at any time; deleting your account deletes all your documents.
Pro link: when you link your Pro subscription to the web, only a one-way hash of the store purchase token is matched so your quota is shared with your phone.
Optional features you control
Google Drive backup (free): if you turn on "Back up with Google", Quillo asks for the Drive permission that covers only files it creates (drive.file) and mirrors your library to a Quillo folder in your own Google Drive. The data goes directly from your device to Google Drive; Quillo cannot see your other Drive files. Reinstalling and choosing the same account restores the library. You can turn it off at any time and delete the folder in Drive.
Other cloud folder (Pro, Android): if you choose a folder in a cloud app (Google Drive, OneDrive, Nextcloud, …) through Android's document picker, Quillo copies your library to that folder. The data goes directly from your device to the provider you chose; we never see it.
Neural voices (Pro, Android): if you enter your own Azure Speech or Google Cloud Text-to-Speech API key, the text of the sentences being read is sent to that provider to produce audio. Nothing else is sent. Your API key is stored only on your device. The default on-device voice sends nothing anywhere.
Quillo Cloud voice and Quillo AI: when you choose the cloud voice or press an AI action (summary, questions, cards, quiz, translation, clean-up, chat), the text of the selected sentences, page or document is sent over HTTPS to the Quillo server (Google Cloud Run, region europe-west1). The server passes it to Google Cloud Text-to-Speech (for audio) or to Anthropic's Claude API (for AI answers) and returns the result. We do not store this text or the answers; generated audio may be kept in a short-lived cache so the same sentence is not charged twice. To check your Pro purchase and count your monthly minutes/pages, the app sends your Google Play purchase token; the server verifies it with Google Play and stores only a one-way hash of it with your usage counters. Google and Anthropic process the text under their own terms; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
Export: when you share or download an exported PDF or notes file, it goes only to the app or folder you pick.
Text recognition
Scanned pages are recognised on your device: with Google ML Kit on Android and with Tesseract running inside your browser on the web. No page image or text goes to a third party for recognition.
What we do not do
No analytics SDK, no advertising, no tracking, no data sale.
Quillo does not read files you have not explicitly opened or imported.
Permissions (Android)
Notifications / foreground service: to keep reading aloud when the screen is off and show playback controls.
Camera: only for document scanning and text from photos, when you ask for it.
Internet: only used by the optional cloud features above and by Google Play Billing.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data. Delete your web account and all your documents in one step from the Account page; on Android, uninstalling the app deletes all data on the device. Write to the address below with any question.
Children
Quillo is not directed at children under 13.
