Bu politika, quillo.tr web sitesinde ve web uygulamasında kullanılan çerezleri ve benzeri tarayıcı depolama teknolojilerini açıklar. Android ve iOS uygulamaları çerez kullanmaz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'nun çerez rehberine ve ePrivacy kurallarına uygun olarak yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için zorunlu çerezleri kullanırız; bu nedenle quillo.tr'de bir çerez onay çubuğu görmezsiniz.

1. Çerez nedir

Çerez, bir web sitesinin tarayıcınıza bıraktığı küçük bir metin kaydıdır; siteyi tekrar ziyaret ettiğinizde sizi tanımasını sağlar. Benzer amaçlarla tarayıcının localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB ve önbellek alanları da kullanılır. Aşağıda hepsini birlikte açıklıyoruz.

2. quillo.tr'de kullanılan çerezler

  • qsid (zorunlu, birinci taraf, HttpOnly, Secure): Quillo Hesabı oturumunuzu tutar. Giriş yaptığınızda yazılır, 90 gün ya da çıkış yapana kadar sürer. JavaScript'ten okunamaz.
  • qlang (zorunlu/tercih, birinci taraf): seçtiğiniz dil (tr ya da en). 1 yıl.
  • g_state (üçüncü taraf, Google): "Google ile giriş" düğmesinin Google tarafından yazdığı, giriş istemini bir süre tekrar göstermemeye yarayan teknik çerez. Yalnızca giriş sayfalarında yüklenir ve kısa ömürlüdür; sunucumuz bu çerezi okumaz ve girişten sonra siler.

3. Tarayıcı depolaması

  • IndexedDB ve önbellek: kütüphanenizin yerel kopyası ve açılan belgeler, notlar, işaretler ve Quillo Ai sohbetleriniz, Drive'a eşitlenene kadar ve hızlı açılış için. Bu veriler sunucumuza gitmez.
  • localStorage: açık/koyu tema seçiminiz (q-theme), son görülen web sürümü (quillo.web.surum), kapattığınız bilgi şeritleri, okuyucu tercihleri, son kullanılan ses ve hız gibi küçük tercihler.
  • sessionStorage: sayfalar arasında taşınan geçici veri (ör. Quillo Ai'a göndereceğiniz alıntı), sekme kapanınca silinir.
  • Firebase Authentication, giriş durumunu korumak için kendi IndexedDB alanını kullanır (firebaseLocalStorageDb).

4. Kullanmadıklarımız

Google Analytics ya da başka bir analitik aracı, reklam ağı, sosyal medya pikseli, ısı haritası, parmak izi (fingerprinting) ya da siteler arası takip kullanmıyoruz. Yazı tipleri, PDF motoru ve simgeler quillo.tr'nin kendi sunucusundan yüklenir; üçüncü taraf içerik dağıtım ağı çağrılmaz. Bu nedenle quillo.tr'de çerez onayı istenmez: kullanılan her şey hizmetin çalışması için zorunludur ya da sizin açıkça seçtiğiniz bir tercihi hatırlar.

5. Çerezleri yönetmek

Tarayıcınızın ayarlarından çerezleri görebilir, silebilir ve engelleyebilirsiniz. qsid'i silerseniz oturumunuz kapanır ve yeniden giriş yapmanız gerekir; IndexedDB'yi silerseniz Drive'a eşitlenmemiş yerel değişiklikler kaybolabilir, Drive'daki kütüphaneniz etkilenmez. Sorun yaşarsanız site verilerini temizlemeden önce bize yazın; çoğu zaman yalnızca çıkış yapıp yeniden girmek yeterlidir.

6. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Cookie policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage technologies used on the quillo.tr website and web app. The Android and iOS apps use no cookies. In line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board's cookie guidance and ePrivacy rules we use only cookies strictly necessary for the service to work, which is why you see no cookie consent bar on quillo.tr.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text record a website leaves in your browser so that it recognises you when you return. The browser's localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB and cache are used for similar purposes. We explain all of them together below.

2. Cookies used on quillo.tr

  • qsid (necessary, first-party, HttpOnly, Secure): holds your Quillo Account session. Set when you sign in, lasts 90 days or until you sign out. Cannot be read by JavaScript.
  • qlang (necessary / preference, first-party): the language you chose (tr or en). 1 year.
  • g_state (third-party, Google): a technical cookie set by Google for the Sign in with Google button so that the sign-in prompt is not shown again for a while. Loaded only on sign-in pages and short-lived; our server does not read it and deletes it after sign-in.

3. Browser storage

  • IndexedDB and cache: the local copy of your library and the documents you open, your notes, highlights and Quillo Ai chats, until they sync to Drive and for fast opening. This data does not go to our server.
  • localStorage: your light/dark theme choice (q-theme), the last web version seen (quillo.web.surum), information strips you dismissed, reader preferences and small preferences such as the last voice and speed used.
  • sessionStorage: temporary data carried between pages (for example a quote you are about to send to Quillo Ai); cleared when the tab closes.
  • Firebase Authentication uses its own IndexedDB area (firebaseLocalStorageDb) to keep you signed in.

4. What we do not use

We use no Google Analytics or other analytics tool, no advertising network, no social media pixel, no heat map, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. Fonts, the PDF engine and icons are served from quillo.tr's own server; no third-party content delivery network is called. That is why quillo.tr asks for no cookie consent: everything used is either necessary for the service to work or remembers a preference you chose explicitly.

5. Managing cookies

You can view, delete and block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete qsid your session ends and you need to sign in again; if you delete IndexedDB, local changes not yet synced to Drive may be lost, while your library in Drive is unaffected. If you run into a problem, write to us before clearing site data; signing out and back in is usually enough.
