  3. 3Press Apply and download the numbered PDF.

Number the pages of a PDF

After merging several documents the page numbers are mixed up or missing. Add page numbers renumbers every page from the start; ideal for court bundles, theses and assignments, and tender files.

Put the number at the bottom or top, centered or in a corner. Write the format freely: "{n}" is the page number and "{total}" the total page count, as in "Page {n} of {total}". Change the starting number and leave the cover unnumbered.

The preview shows exactly where the number will sit on the page. Processing happens in your browser.
