How to remove a PDF password

Statements, payslips and invoices from banks and institutions often arrive password-protected. If you don't want to type the password every time, or want to process the document in another tool, make an unprotected copy with Unlock PDF.

No. This tool doesn't crack passwords; you need to know the document's password.
Does the content change?
No. Pages and text stay the same; only the password is removed. With very rare encryption types pages are rebuilt as images, and you'll see a warning.
